"Most cats, when they are Out want to be In, and vice versa, and often simultaneously." -Louis J. Camuti
This is the quote that sums up my life.

My name is Heather. I have been the Prices' cat for about 17 years (I was born in the spring of 1990). Yes, John, I am still alive. I went through some difficult times after all the kids moved out and John and Jill kept waiting for me to die. Then Julie moved in and forbade the "d" word from being spoken around me and I started feeling better. Now that John and Jill are on their mission and Julie is living with me, I have gotten a second wind and am expecting to live for several more decades. I have been ever so friendly towards everybody that walks into our home, especially to their shoes. I have had a total of 21 kittens. They gave all but one away. The one that stayed rebelled as a teenager and ran away in the mid-1990s. I always have everything I need: a warm bed to sleep on at night (and day), a job as the tuna-can-licker-outer, and constant servants letting me in and out all day (and night).

Here I am with my current tenant.

Here I am getting a drink.

Here I am practicing my best talent (getting cat hair over everything dark).

Here I am with Snowball, the cat that Jackie and Jerica got for stopping their thumb sucking. He was a great mentor to me and was the best friend anyone could ask for. Snowball passed away and went to kitty heaven about 16 years ago.

Here is my last kitten. His name was Artoo (all the kittens from that litter were named after Star Wars characters, I loved that movie). Here, Artoo is watching the doves we had. He was so cute when he would just stare at them for a long time.

Here, Artoo is picking strawberries from our garden. Wasn't that nice of him?

Heather's site is run by Jerica under direction of the superior.
