How Much Matlock Can You Take?

So I’ve been sitting at home for two days now with a sore throat. And I’m just about ready to go back to work. I mean there’s only so much Matlock one person can take in two days, you know? I feel very odd watching reruns during the day (since the alternative is soap operas and talk shows . . . at least I know it could be worse). I feel like I’m not the target market, seeing that I do have a rewarding career and don’t need to go to tech school, I don’t have osteoporosis, need AARP life insurance, or want to lose weight fast. It can become a bit depressing after awhile--to think that there’s an entire segment of the population that these advertisers are trying to reach.

One good thing--I’ve been having plenty of quality lap time with Heather. Always a bonus.
