It may not sound too exciting, but I spent the afternoon (with Jackie) organizing the music in the (where else?) music room. It’s something I’ve been longing to do for . . . mmmm . . . over a year, anyway. So now it’s all sorted out. Mom’s music, Jerica’s music, the music that Jackie has left here, and my music. I have the most, unfortunately. And that’s even after throwing away my photocopies. Most of them. It’s strange, though, that no matter how much music I have on hand, I seem to need to create new arrangements every time I need a new song. Why is that? And most of my arrangements never live past their maiden voyage. Well, at least they don’t get any more action in the spotlight. It’s not like they hit an iceberg and sink, at least. Most of them, anyway.
